Introducing (3):

In the coming weeks we will introduce the participants of the IJsselmeer Swimming Marathon 2023.
This time Bob de Vries is in the spotlight.

Bob made his debut back in 2017.
He liked this so much that he did a double IJsselmeer crossing in relay form a month later.
They flew over the IJsselmeer with four men in the 50+ category.
This gave Bob a taste, but physical discomfort threw a spanner in the works.
In addition to the IJsselmeer, Bob also swam in the indoor pool. This is reflected in the various Dutch Masters Records.
For example, Bob currently has the NMR on the 1500 meter long bath, 800 and 1500 meter category 50+ to his name.

In addition to his own IJsselmeer Swimming Marathon this summer, Bob is also guiding two ladies who will take over IJsselmeer in September.
